Call us for a pre-drywall inspection of the home you are having built. Having a private pre-drywall inspection may detect defects that might be hidden as construction enters the next phase. This will allow you to address these issues with your builder. We will look for defects in all visible structures and components. You will receive a large bank of photos that will be useful for any future projects you may decide to do on the home.

Most new homes will come with a 1 year builder's warranty against defects. Call us out in the 11 month of owning the home to perform another full home inspection. This allows us to possibly spot defects in systems and components that have now been used for months. Any issues we find can be brought to your builder to address under your 1 year warranty.

We use fully licensed and insured termite inspectors to provide you with a North Carolina Wood Destroying Insect Report. This will help you be confident that the home you are purchasing isn't experiencing any active infestations.

Radon is a colorless, odorless and dangerous naturally occurring gas. We use 48 hour continuous monitoring machines to collect data in the home. These samples are analyzed and presented to you in a final report within 24 hours after the test is completed.

We offer full FHA/VA approved water quality testing. All samples are overnighted to a third party lab for complete analysis. Results are typically available as a full PDF report to you within 72 hours from the test.

We use rapid collection technology to fill a small sample canister with the indoor air from breathing height in your home. We then overnight this sample to a third part lab for complete analysis. This test can pick up organic and inorganic containments in the breathing air. Results are typically available within 72 hours from the test.
